i stayed there for a month, this place is clean NO BEDBUGS. The staff was helpful and nice, safe and quiet setting. id stay there again no doubt. the rates are good.

The rooms are alright but if you're driving faster than the speed limit you'll pass it up.

The owner is lazy, crappy rooms! They have bed bugs and have known for two weeks, finally tomorrow someone's coming, but their not doing the whole building, so watch out! Don't let the bed bugs bight! Also he hires random people to do work for him for Free rooms just to save his self money, and things have come up missing!!!

Just a dump. Dont believe the 5 star people. One of them wrote a review for Occidental Petroleum Corp as "nice people"?? I booked this over the phone for a week. When I entered the room it stank of 50 different nasty cheap colognes. The obvious attempt to cover stank was more stank. I turned on the air unit to clear the room and of course it stank like a musty old nasty hotel air unit. Pillows were yellow and stained and flat and not really a pillow anymore. I asked for new pillows or at least clean ones. At one point I told her to give me her pillows and she could sleep on mine. THEN said she would wash some for me. I asked a couple hours later about the pillows and she did not even start to wash them, this was 8pm and I did not get any clean pillows that night. I slept on my rolled up jeans. They had no clean pillows in stock. She actually told me where there was a Target if I wanted to buy one. Filthy carpet, Completely Stained mattress with filthy spreed and a "literally body outlined stained blanket where you can see where people laid. This after being told they wash the covers regularly. The water in the bathroom sink did not work. I will say there was another sink in the main room but wtf? The electrical outlet that the light and my computer was plugged into had a short and cord movement kept flickering the light and I was concerned about power surges killing my laptop so I counted to 10 and tried to sleep hoping no fire would start due to the electrical outlet arching. At one end of the hotel is a indoor pool that obviously was not used anymore because it was half full of black water with, and I am not making this up, a toilet seat floating in it. Attached and between the hotel and pool is a "home" they are trying to rent, right next to a cesspool. Just a dump with bad attitude management.

Rough exterior but room was okay. The bathroom was especially clean and fridge, microwave, and flat screen with satellite TV was a nice surprise. Altogether, not a bad overnight stay, especially in a pinch. Price ($70 with taxes) was probably on the high side of what the room was worth but no complaints.
