I recently traveled with VIA Rail from London and had a very positive experience. The station was easy to navigate, and the boarding process was smooth and well-organized. Staff members were friendly, professional, and made sure passengers felt comfortable right from the start.nThe train itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious seating and plenty of legroom. I really appreciated how relaxing the journey felt—far less stressful than driving. The large windows made it easy to enjoy the scenery along the way, which added to the overall experience.nEverything ran on time, and the onboard service was excellent. It’s clear that VIA Rail values customer comfort and efficiency. I’d definitely choose them again for future trips out of London and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable way to travel
Via Rail has its own issues for sure, but this location is really great. The Staff always are patient and professional. I came in upset about a policy change and Chris the manager here, worker with me, calmed me about the issue and fixed our problem. The staff here put up with ALOT and still bring the professionalism I expect to find. Thank you Chris and staff.
I went in there to purchase a ticket. She quoted me the wrong price,then booked the wrong date. I was asked for ID when I paid by cash. In my 10 years as a manager at a hotel we have never asked guests who pay cash to provide ID. Then she said the price would be higher. She could have at least honored the price she first quoted me. By the end of this all I just asked for a refund because she made it a lot more complicated than it needed to be
Pretty seamless travel experience. Business lounge is a little spartan but good enough for how long you are there. They've renovated the bathroom area significantly since last time I was here and it's much nicer and more functional. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The workers here are pretty rude compared to other stations. The men are really unhelpful. You’d think a buff 25 year old man would help you with your luggage for two seconds but no. Then the small petite female comes and offers you help without even asking. I’ll leave it there.
