Such a beautiful station, and the staff are very friendly.  How a station should look and feel.  It helps to have the Rockies as a backdrop.

Train is delayed for seven hourse. Would be nice if - at least - somebody appologized... By the way: your WIFI sucks.

Nice history and construction. Via folks friendly. Tiny overpriced canteen is only refreshment option but lots across the street.

hour late, no effort to compensate - many people missed connections. I lost a car hire deposit. Staff did a good job to remain polite and professional in a tough situation. Do NOT expect to arrive on time - people traffic is low priority compared to freight. Fly or drive!!

Loved the travel as I was on there for 4 days and 14 hours from toronto to vancouver . A little slow of a ride due to freight trains, but the scenery was beautiful! !!
