Rude staff, not willing to even recognize you as a customer. Tried to buy an inner tube, waited more than patiently for 30 minutes trying to get the attention of a sales rep or the mechanic. Flat out ignored by both. Guess if you don't have over 5k in your pocket you don't exist.

Just horrible and arrogant service staff. So I brought a bike I bought second hand at the end of last summer in for them to take a look at. Not a glamorous or amazingly high end bike, but what I want and what I was willing to pay for a decent downhill bike. I knew it wasn't perfect and pretty much what I was paying for it, got it for a couple hundred dollars (but it cost over $2000 when new). So it's not some cheap wal-mart bike. I bring it in to the shop and as soon as the tech guy sees it he lets out a sigh and pulls out his sheet marking down things and oooing and awing at it. Really, all I wanted was for them to bleed the brake lines and replace the chain while also just giving it some TLC. Instead, what I got was a list of all the parts he didn't like (because he seemingly had the same pedals, brakes, derailieur, tires and nearly everything on my bike on his in the past and didn't like one of them). So after he's given me this long list of things he thinks I need to change for "safety". I tell him I know what the bike is and what I want from it and all I want is the brakes to be done and the chain. Rather than say "ok" and go and do it, he tells me it's either "nothing or everything" so rather than take the money I was willing to pay for what I wanted done, they would either sell me an almost brand new bike part by part or do nothing. The bike is by no means unsafe, I’ve been riding for nearly my entire life and I know an unsafe bike when I see one. This bike may not be in tip top shape, but it's serviceable and far from unsafe in its current state. I'm not sure if he thought I was a sucker and had no idea what I was doing or what, but I wasn't going to buy in to his blatantly unneeded upselling. So I picked my bike off the stand, put it on the ground and told him thanks, but no thanks. I'm sure I'll find another shop nearby more than willing to do the work I'd like done and not upsell me on hundreds of dollars of upgrades on a bike I didn't want to invest a fortune in to begin with. Don't plan on ever returning to this shop.

Just picked up my 2017 Giant Revolt 3 from Via Ciclante. This was hands down my best purchase experience. Andrew and John Paul's passion for bikes, their business and helping customers find the right bike is evident during every step of the sale. Visit Andrew before you buy your next bike and take advantage of the 0% financing!

I just wanted to thank JP and the gentleman that was working Wednesday evening. I purchased the TREK Domane 4.3 as JP was fitting my wife on her new bike. The TREK is just awesome and my wife started enjoying her bike. You guys are great and i will be in contact soon for a pair of shoes Thanks again...

New to Mississauga, i needed a tire for my loved Dutch Bike. I went to this store after phoning to see if they could work on Dutch bikes because some don't. They stated no problem. Yes they sold me 2 tires and installed them for 170 dollars which i paid and left. I turned around and came right back because my gears were not working. The tech said oh the cable just popped out and said i was good now. The gears are still not working right and the store owner/manager called me impossible because i dare asked them to fix the issue. At the same time the tech suggested that maybe the bike came in that way (like i'm trying to get a free service) Please Dutch Bike owners heed the warning!!! These people are only interested in lycra wearing big spenders who pay without thinking and are not really full time cyclists. But i hear they are great for making money
