I've been going to health clubs for 20 years 5 stars for the weight rooms and aerobics machines which are numerous and in good condition, good classes too. Staff are helpful and always in good spirits. COMPLETE FAIL on the change rooms. They are dirty and almost always stink. Carpet on the floor, god knows what kinds of animals and fungus live in it.

Great gym with hardly any people there, quite nice in that aspect. Their service and marketing however is inadequate. They do not post the price of anything online nor will they tell you over the phone- you physically have to go in and talk to them; which as a customer that is the last thing I'm going to want to do while trying to collect information. Having to scrounge for information makes customers feel as if the company has got something to hide.. I received a free 7 day trial of the gym and was told to contact them when I wanted to come in, yet within a few days I had multiple messages on my phone asking when I was coming in... They do give out free 7 day trials to the gym quite often, however when you go in they berate you for personal information regarding your intentions with the gym which is irritating and unprofessional. This gym has great potential if they would advertise and market their gym (especially prices) in a more professional manner.

This place has the basics but its turn over is ridiculous and they offer child minding but NEVER have anyone to do it or that sticks so the staff is a consistent rotation. They should clean the facility more as I am sure there is so much mold growth and other things around there, I never see items being cleaning or wiped down. Overall if your a person with kids I highly do not recommend this place, if your a person of a cleanly nature also would not recommend it. In general don't go here

Lots of equipment to use although sometimes you have to go searching for another plate to use. Seems like they kept picking up new equipment but not the weights? Lots of TVs to look at during boring aerobic workouts. Lots of longtime regulars which says something.
