There's a big lack of customer service. The balloon I got didn't even last 2 hours before it started deflating. Highly don't reccomend.
The store is great and they have a lot of options but it's not possible to do a balloon order in advance. They only do it for the same day which is in my opinion pretty ridiculous.
Always find what you need for a party ... bien sûre

Great selection for party theme ideas. Lots of merchandise to choose from for every budget but a bit scattered. Staff weren't able to help me find what I needed but ended up seeing it by accident in a completely different unrelated section. It's a big place so plan to spend a little bit of time there to be sure to find exactly what you're looking for.
I am so disappointed with bingo Vezina. It's is twice that they lose my ballon order and I wait over 45 minutes. What is the point of ordering and paying in advance if you cannot do your job?? Twice for my daughters birthday, this is the last time I purchase anything from here.
Has a good selection of party decor and accessories for popular occasions. Reasonable prices.
Worse customer service I have ever experienced! Been going to them for many many years for all sorts of party occasion! What I’ve experienced this time is totally unacceptable! Staff was very rude! Started with one sales girl taking my order and then left me hanging and another came to finish off my order! Not helpful at all in helping me chose what I needed! Charged me 25$ plus tax for delivery for location down the street. I never had to pay tax for delivery charges on fleuriste and bakeries! Never recommending this company nor will I be going there in the near future! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!
