Veterinary Care of Ithaca

We have been using Vet Care of Ithaca for the past few years. The staff is always warm and engaging, and seem to genuinely care about our pets' health. We receive personal emails and phone calls regarding lab results shortly after our visit, and the email reminders of upcoming vaccinations/annuals are more than welcome for this busy family! I highly recommend Vet Care of Ithaca!

We recently started taking our cat to Veterinary Care of Ithaca. She is a senior cat (14 years) and needs a bit more care these days. The team at Veterinary Care of Ithaca were really great, right from check in to the exam room. Dr. Lawlis explained everything she was looking for when examining our cat, explained her reasons behind wanting to do certain tests, showed transparency in costs, and always left the final decision with me on what our next steps would be. Turns out our cat needs a new diet to help manage kidney issues, and Veterinary Care of Ithaca even gave us some samples of different foods we can start using - I haven't experienced that at other places. All around, great vet. We are super pleased with our decision to take our cat here for care.

This vet is very caring and convenient. Being a first time kitten owner, they made the whole process worry free! The rate we ended up paying was even less then i expected! Highly recommended.

I took my dog Sadie to Veterinary Care of Ithaca in October after not receiving a diagnosis with my regular vet. They examined her and I had an answer in that one visit!! I was Very pleased with the staff I dealt with and the doctors who examined her. They treated both of us with respect and caring. I had an appointment the same day I called, they were on time and the prices were more than reasonable. Also, the place was very clean. I can't say enough good about them, we Loved it there and will definitely go back again!! :-)

My small dog, Peony, receives excellent care at Veterinary Care of Ithaca. She enjoys going there--the staff are friendly and gentle and give her lots of praise and an occasional treat. They have helped me maintain her excellent health. I see different veterinarians but I can request an appointment with a specific vet if I so desire. There is plenty of parking and the location is very convenient.
