They'll do anything to protect their drivers. Even if it means lying so that their drivers can't lose their liscence.

Apparently giving cross streets isn't a proper address even though they take it. Did not find out it was no good till I called 15min later and had to give somebody's house number to get a cab.

Currently waiting for a taxi that we called 1hr and 10 minutes ago for. They told us 25 minutes and will no longer answer their phone. Very bad business. Would not recommend to anyone.
