I asked them to help me with my car keys that were stuck in place and instead of trying to sell me something right away, they tested it out and gave me some great advice!

I was waiting patiently at the counter for ten minutes for a key to be cut. Person minding the store looks _ around_ me to the white lady who just walked into the store. Did I mention I am a First Nations guy? Walked out immediately, never to return.

The in store experience was great, and the staff more than helpful! I had a key cut for my rental suite. The next time I went to enter the suite, after getting the key cut, the door wouldn't open. I called Vernon Lock and Safe, and Ken told me he would come to check it out right away! He was there within 15 minutes. The problem was not with the key at all, but a shifting door frame that was jamming up. He got me into my suite, and informed me of a potential future problem (which had nothing to do with keys or their service!!). I would highly recommend this business to anyone. GREAT customer service.
