The best country/dive bar you'll find in Caldwell. Dollar beer happy hour plenty of pool tables. friendly professional staff! Some of the locals get a little stupid but that's just about anywhere you go outstanding bar I really enjoy my time there.
Small friendly community bar. Great prices, pool tables. Our bartender was friendly and a joy to talk to. Beer selection good. My son and I will be back.
Great lil dive to stop amd have a drink if you out at indian creek plaza. Smoker friendly as well which is rare
Went in with wife. Patrons ignored us. No bar tender behind bar. Assumption was they were drinking at the bar and ignoring us. We stood there for over 15 minutes as the old ladies next to us gossiped and drank. No bar tender ever showed up. No interaction except a few sneers. This is in reality, a private club, and you're not welcome. Don't waste your time checking it out unless you like to feel unwelcome.
Such a nice place. The bartender was a very nice lady. Happy hour is 5pm-7pm. And I helped build the new trash enclosure that just got put on today 02/22/2019.
I like dive bars but this one is too divey of a dive bar for me. If you want to smoke inside this is the place for you!

Vern's is your typical local dive bar where you can go to get some okay drinks. Karaoke night's can be fun and entertaining. my main complaint with Vern's is it's always filled with smoke which for me is overwhelming. I can only stand the smoke for a drink no more than two before I have to leave.
Had a great night of pool and karaoke with good friends
Good prices, free pool on Monday, dive bar atmosphere. What's not to like? Karaoke on most nights as well
