Wow! The hot water tank died and leaked in our house in Kitscoty. I spoke to Randy and decided on Navien NPE 240A. It was installed and running in a couple of hours after we had our conversation. Best service and price, I had contacted Home depot, Lowes, Rona and two other local plumbing and HVAC companies. They were either slow in responding or quoted outrageous prices! Randy was quick and to the point, hassle free service. Highly recommended! Also these Navien units are so smart you can run them off of your phone via Navien app with Navilink kit.
