Not very happy with my purchase at this dealership ordered the truck from factory truck came in with less then was ordered the sales team fed me a bunch of lies stopped in a couple weeks ago sales manager couldn't be bothered by talking to me an they shorted my buy out on my trade In took over a month to get answers the service team is great

Just finalized purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Vermilion Chrysler. Stephanie Holden was/is wonderful to deal with. She is honest, upfront and did not use high pressure sales tactics. Stephanie answered all of my questions/concerns and worked hard to get me into the vehicle of my choosing at a price I could afford. She even responded to my texts after hours when things popped into my brain which shows she is willing to go above and beyond. Adam has also been great to deal with, ensuring an issue is being fixed at their expense after I had taken the vehicle home. I have been very happy with my purchasing experience.

I have done many car deals throughout time with the Sales Manager. Im happy to say that he is a pleasure to deal with. I felt respected and that he made a concerted effort to help me accomplish getting the vehicle I wanted for a price I could afford. Adam goes out of his way to make sure you get taken care of after your purchase as well. I am very pleased with my dealings and would recommend my friends and family to deal there as well.

I have only dealt with the service department here, but hands-down the most friendly polite people to deal with I have ever seen in the car sales industry. I can say with certainty that my next vehicle purchase will be going through them. I can't wait to get the same amazing service from their sales team. Highly recommended for anybody that drives any make or model of vehicle. more than worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Haven't dealt with this place in 15 years so Recently I bought a new truck and was elated for about a week . Finally get rid of one jerk owner and I see Another one took his place . Tried to fix the car , they charged for work not done . broke bolts to hold the battery down and placed a 2 by 8 piece of wood in there to hold it from moving . Said the battery was good when in fact it wasn't and wouldn't warranty it , as it was only 2 years old . Charged 61 dollars for a 5 minute job . Was told the brake system was good, when in fact it wasn't , changing and charging for oil changes every 1000 Km .finally had to take it somewhere else . Kept promising to give us money back , but of course it was more promises and no check . It's the blind leading the blind there . I don't really appreciate the service manager yelling at me . Like I've always said they can sell them but they can't fix them . Things never seem to change around there . I will not be back .
