Verizon Authorized Retailer – Russell Cellular

I have been waiting 7 months for an adjustment on my bill for a mistake that was made at their location. The Manager can never help me, and tells me her boss is coming to the store ' next week ' and they will get back with me. I have not received 1 call from her. I am the one calling her every month when I get my incorrect bill in the mail. I have never experienced customer service this poor in my life and I have nearly 20 years of experience in the same field. This is also the first time I have ever written a negative public review. Do not waste your time.

Verizon told me i could get a free sim card from a local store. I went in to get a new SIM card for my S6 and they refuse to give it to me because I would not pay them to install it. They were more worried about making money then trying to provide good customer service for something they don't own. They told me to go find a corporate store. I will be reporting this store to Verizon. I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could.
