Verace Italian Restaurant

Last weekend we stopped by Verace. We sat at their patio. The service was fast and our server was friendly, ready to discuss with us the menu and more. We both order pasta. I ordered pasta with sea food with tomato sauce. We were served oil, balsamic vinegar and bread. The balsamic vinegar was thick like honey... it taste great. We also tried the ricotta desert which was great texture and great taste. Highly recommend this place. Vegetarian options: Yoh will alway find vedgy pasta or pizza here Parking: Park for 3 hours on the street Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on floor level which makes it accessible to wheelchairs.

I ended up going here for dinner and I had a really good experience. First of all the staff and serves are really friendly and have that Italian passion that you hear about! The food was also really good and prepared fresh. The ambience in the restaurant was also very refreshing and well done. I would recommend you to check this restaurant out!

Really enjoyed it. The food was amazing and the interior is very chic. We weren’t rushed we had a very long meal started with apps, then pizza and then our mains and they never brought anything out before asking if we were ready. Truly European dining loved it!

The food was amazing. We got the lobster pasta, gnocchi, and a pizza. The service wasn't amazing, we had a reservation but had to wait 10 mins for a table. They never gave us the complimentary bread. Otherwise it was great.Food: 5/5

The service was great, the food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. We came in a large party so food took a little more time to come out but they gave complimentary bread. We shared many appetizers and my main was the diavolo pizza which was perfect. I would highly recommend this resto for an intimate and delicious dinner.

I was very surprised how good this place was. The charcuterie board was nice but also had some garnish which was placed underneath the meat and cheese to take up space this wasn't the best..as it would have made more sense to make the board smaller to save space as the tables in the restaurant were small. The Verace pizza was amazing, probably one of the most creative and delicious pizzas I've ever had. The spinach gnocchi was also very creamy and delicious.

Had lunch here with a friend to celebrate her birthday. We ordered a pasta and a pizza. The pizza was our favorite with prosciutto, cheese and white truffle oil was so fabulous that there was none left. The restaurant also played a lovely birthday song and delivered a special dessert for my friend's birthday. Would definitely visit again.

We have dined at Verace yesterday. Very friendly atmosphere, and professional staff. Out table was outside and we were accompanied as we requested. Our wait staff member Kalem was not only knowledgeable on menu and wine list but also very attentive and prompt. The food was good and fresh and very well prepared, wine was unique and original In my opinion this gem of a place is truly worth the 1.5 hour drive from North York. Thank you to all staff and bless you all for making our visit a amazing one.

Staff were warm and welcoming. Location is great! Beautiful patio and atmosphere. Food was good, but I've had better Italian meals elsewhere. Great place to meet a friend for lunch.

we came for a lunch date after popping by at a spa in oakville. the service was great! we were greeted by a few other waiters in the restaurant and that made me feel welcomed. we were promptly seated at the patio. all the staff were friendly and accommodating. we had the waiter-recommended dishes and the daily special appetizer. everything tasted delicious. the crunch for the app was soft. maybe a tiny bit too salty but it was nice otherwise, along with the sauce. the "spicy" tagliatelle was not spicy at all though. I actually couldn't taste any spice or heat, but the chili oil helped with that lol. my favourite, the spaghetti all' aragosta, was perfect. the white wine garlic sauce? *chefs kiss* was not a big fan of the lobster tail but I think that was just a personal preference. the dishes did take a while to get to us, maybe 15-20 mins or so we waited for the apps/mains. I assume it's because they're all freshly made but something to consider if you're in a rush! we skipped the drinks and dessert because we were super full. the sizes for the entrees are fair, given the pricy tag. one thing I would probably add is during summer months, perhaps place a bee deterrent or two because of how they keep coming on our food and it just interfered with our lunch a little. not a big deal though just room for improvement!
