Received no response whatsoever to my emails (I sent through venue financials website to the PG location) 5 days ago and early this morning. Had over 20 successful loans with them in the past at other locations and wanted to see if I was eligible now that I am working full time again and making over $2600 bi weekly. Lost my job during the last loan close to 2 years ago but settled it during credit counselling which I completed. Now I am back working full time for 6 months at a good job. When I called after not receiving answers from my emails they said they would have to ask a manager somewhere but it didn't sound like they were going to bother. Anyways. Maybe I am unable to loan from there even though I have been a customer for over 5 years and never avoided them always maintained contact just had the 1 problem when I lost my job but paid it back. Usually go to venue for their great customer service but not in PG, seems much different. All I expected was a return to my emails, pretty simple. Nanaimo and Courtenay BC locations were always 100 percent excellent service!

Wonderful customer service, staff is very helpful. Would definitely recommend, my loan approval was quick and easy! :)

I was going to apply for a job at this place. There job advert is a complete mess, the title suggest they need part-time but in description they mention "we are looking for full-time....." ... Shows how professionally incompetent these people are and then i read the review above so I decided better stay away. But I think they will find "likeminded" candidates!

I am amazed at the costumer services at this location. I am a positive and very friendly person i have made friends with everyone i have made contact with over the years but since the first day i walked into this branch, you can just feel unwelcome'd, don't know if it's a bad day or race issues but they are the most rudest group of women i have ever met in my profession. Goodness try calling the office to find out info, they are just straight out mean and rude on the phone with no costumer services at all, just attitude and leaving you with that negative energy feeling.
So i have decided that i will NO longer deal with this branch until the entire staff including the manager are all replaced with some happy positive costumer service professional people.
