Dr. Natalya is the best chiropractor, I have been under care for more 3 yrs for lower back pain. She is very patient centric and delivers rapid results. Also at her new current new clinic she got advance equipments to diagnose and treat patients and excellent team that makes patient experience wonderful. I wish I can give her, team and clinic more 5 stars!!
I receive the best care at this clinic and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Bortolussi is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and goes above and beyond for his patients.
Everyone at this clinic is always so welcoming and friendly. I've been going to this clinic for a few years now and seeing Angelica for the last few years. I feel like she uses just the right amount of pressure and always checks in to make sure I'm comfortable with any change in pressure or technique. I can't go without my monthly maintenance appointment!
The most amazing chiropractic office. Dr. Natalya is phenomenal, in touch and a great person. You won't regret coming here. Also their admin is a sweetheart
So I still gave the clinic 4 stars for the incredible RMT appointment I had with Diane she was pleasant and great at her work. However, I’ve booked another RMT recently but had someone else scheduled to do my message. The lady told me to keep my mask on while I’m getting the message service face down in a hole. I refused and explained that in my previous appointment that wasn’t far ago I was not advised to keep my mask on during the service nor it was mentioned in my email booking confirmations. I told the lady that I will be leaving and asked her not to charge me any fees. The issue is that they sent me many emails in which non of them a mention of the mask keeping. It is like I book a message then the masseuse tells me they will be wearing gloves for health reasons! I won’t enjoy that, same with keeping a mask. Instead of enjoying the service I keep struggling and grasping for air.
I have been to a lot of massage therapists but Angelica, by far is one of the best! She pays so much attention to where you have the tight muscles, and knows how to fix them! I always feel so much better when I leave!! Thanks
Angelica was amazing , like everytime I go. she is very friendly and has hands of god ! Definitely coming to her all the time as I feel my best physically after her massages. Place is always very clean, overall it is a great experience everytime I go. Highly Recommend
Myself and my entire family have been patients of Vellore Chiropractic & Wellness Centre for 10+ years. We initially started seeing Dr. Matthew Bortolussi after my parents got into a very bad car accident with a drunk driver and had severe nerve damage as a result. Later, he treated my brother for scoliosis and was able to actually reverse some of the curvature. Now, we all see Dr. Matt for continued maintenance and overall health. Thank you so much to Dr. Matt and the Vellore Chiropractic & Wellness Centre for taking care of our family!
My care here is fantastic and the staff are all very friendly and helpful! Dr. Matthew is so nice, he helped me understand my chronic neck problem, and explained how we would correct the problem with chiropractic care. It's been a little over a month now since I started my care and I'm so happy with my results. My pain is nearly gone, and I have such good mobility in my neck I feel safe and comfortable driving again thanks to Dr. Matt!
My first appointment was this past weekend, and I'm already a huge fan! Dr. Matthew went over my history of low back problems that started with gymnastics injury years ago, but that I still suffer episodes of severe pain like this from time to time. He completed his evaluation and bgean treatment that involved chiropractic adjustments that were much more gentle than I expected. I felt enough relief that I could stand up straight and walk much easier than before. I'm far from being pain free but things are gradually improving and I feel very confident in his skills and expertise based on my experience so far, and I'm looking forward to my next chiropractic visit with Dr. Matthew.
