I chose Vegreville Auto Body after I got in an accident because they were a family ran business and their website said their work was guaranteed. The process we went through with our vehicle was pretty good to begin with. They gave all the information asked for when I would call to get an update and were very diligent and friendly during that process. All of that changed once I got my vehicle back and had an issue. We had to drive to Vegreville as we are not from there to take the vehicle in. There was a problem with a part of the repair and the manager blamed the issue on the manufacturer. He provided a temporary fix and sent us back to claim it under warranty. I took the vehicle in to the manufacturer because it was still on warranty and they took pictures and showed how the vehicle was not repaired properly and therefore was not eligible for warranty. I had the manufacturer repair the vehicle and sent the bill to Vegreville Auto Body. The manager at Vegreville Auto Body refused to pay the bill even though they claimed their work is guaranteed. He blamed everything on the manufacturer and said they were trying to get out of having to do a warranty claim which makes absolutely no sense. Needless to say I have phoned about this repair bill and the manager is now avoiding my calls and refusing to do anything about it. Because of the actions after my vehicle was repaired I would highly suggest not taking your vehicles in for repairs to Vegreville Auto Body.

did a salvage inspection on the truck. less then 100kms later the wheel
fell basically off, snapping wheel studs, and lug nuts were only hand tightened. Tried talking with Myron he was getting "pissed off" when the wife explained how she was upset that she could have been very hurt from this.

over priced, customer service couldn't give me any time line on how long work would take to do couldn't ask anyone else to figure it out either. at the end of 3 weeks of dealing with them less then 100km later my front tire falls off, this is something that very well could have seriously injured me. owners response "you want trouble you'll get trouble." Now I am stuck with a buying a new rim and new wheel studs. Merry Christmas eh?
