First and foremost, I have had dogs for 14 years and have interacted with numerous veterinarians, including emergency vets. Among all of them, this particular veterinary clinic stands out as one of the best I have encountered in a long time. They provided exceptional service and assistance in caring for my puppy, Luna. I was quite anxious and stressed, but the staff managed to calm me down and alleviate my worries. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff for their remarkable work. Keep up the excellent service!
I just wanted to come on here and say that this was the best experience I’ve had with a vet & clinic staff. We brought our dog, Rex here for an emergency on Friday. We were taken in right away and the front desk staff and vet tech that came to assess him explained everything very thoroughly, while being kind and patient with us. He unfortunately had to be put to sleep and that was the hardest decision we had to make as pet owners, but everyone there who helped us was nothing short of amazing. We got to spend as much time as we wanted with him, we never once felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing them while taking our time to make a decision. The girl working at the front desk was super helpful in assisting us with picking out memorial displays, the Vet was so compassionate and honest when giving us information and a prognosis on his condition, which was very much appreciated.nThank you all for making one of our hardest days a little more bearable with your kindness and compassion.
This is a wonderful clinic with a wonderful staff. I had an emergency with my cat on the Sunday before Canada Day and everyone, from the front staff, the techs and the vet, everyone was wonderful and supportive. It really shows they care about the animals and are conscious of how scary it is for owners. Would recommend 10000/10. Edit to add pic
My dog Penny Lane was attacked by another dog last weekend. We rushed her to Guardian. Everyone working there was absolutely so kind. So caring. So thoughtful. So attentive with my senior girl. This has been the most devastating experience of my life watching her healing from this tragic situation. I’ve been very anxious about each day of the hailing and I’ve called about 1 million times in the last week and not once did they seem like they were frustrated that was always met with unbelievable kindness. Her wound got infected, and we had to come back and once again, we were handled with the upmost care. I have told him 1 million times how grateful I am for them, They saved my girls life. We also very much appreciated the wonderful couches and chairs, and the waiting room and the unlimited amount of blankets to keep my old girl warm. 100% recommend.
Highly recommended. The place was clean and spacious. My experience with vca was the best care for Leo and the most compassionate staff I have ever met that took the time to listen to my concerns and gave Leo immediate attention the minute I walked through the door. Leo was abandoned by his owner for two weeks living in disgusting conditions. She was and is mentally and physically unwell. I fed him every day and kept his liter clean. One morning something told me check on him before work. I got there and I could tell right away something was wrong as he laid by the door begging for help. In a panic I rushed him to vca. It was quickly discovered his bladder was about to burst from a blockage of crystals. Hailey bless her heart sat with me and assured me that I saved his life that day so he didn't have to suffer in pain all alone in that horrible place. I felt so comfortable there and so was Leo. Hailey you are a beautiful soul. You went above and beyond for Leo and I. Thank you for all that you and all the wonderful staff did to help Leo in his time of need and for what you do for all the pets that walk through your door. I will be forever grateful. Uncle Terry :
