Recently I used Vaultra Storage for a short few months to store some items between moving. The sign up process was incredibly easy and seamless, they even accommodated doing most of it by email for me! When going into the office for the walk thru and final signing of the papers both Kim and Pierre were so friendly and easy to work with. Everytime I went into the office for any reason I got a good laugh. The move out process was just as easy and seamless. For ease of use, accessibility, and customer service - 5 stars!
I absolutely LOVED dealing with Pierre!!! He was such a nice and helpful individual!! I was getting jerked around by my movers and was on a very tight budget and Pierre went above and beyond to help me get the storage units at a very very reasonable rate!! Ontop of that, he is just a wonderful man to talk and have a laugh with! I will recommend him to anyone!! Thank you Pierre for all your help!!!! you are the BEST!!!!!!!
I went to Vaultra with the hopes of getting a unit for a reasonable rate and with the assistance of Pierre i was able to get one. Pierre is such a nice and helpful individual, he really went above and beyond with the service he provides at Vaultra. I definitely will recommend to my friends and family! Thanks again Pierre!!!
Been with the Brantford location now for over 8 months. Great staff and friendly service units are very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend them.
I have never rented a storage unit before and the staff at Vaultra Storage made it so simple and easy. They have a great modern system so you have access to your belongings 24/7, with your own unique gate code. The property is very secured, I had no second thoughts about leaving my belongings here. Thank you guys for the wonderful first experience. I will definitely be using their services if I need storage in the future.

It was a pleasure to deal with the storage unit staff. Pierre was very welcoming and knowledgeable person to deal with. His great sense of humor in these tough Covid days was very appreciated. Nice to see a happy face. Some men were changing doors on some units and ours just happened to be the one that day and we needed a few young muscles to help load what was going to be a difficult move for us as seniors. They gladly stepped in and made it look easy and refused money in exchange. They all made our day. Glad to see in these tough times that there are great people still willing to smile and lend a hand! Thank you to all of you.
I got a storage unit for my daughter to store her furniture going back to school. The young lady working was very helpful and made the whole process easy for us. She was very friendly and professional. It was a smooth and amazing process because of her.
The customer service rep Abby was incredible in getting me set up for my move from my condo to my home! The U-Haul pick up, moving supplies and storage unit were all a seamless process. Great job
