Really delicious and unique flavours here. I enjoyed the vegan saffron pistachio rose ice cream, which did not compromise on taste at all despite it being vegan. It was creamy, delicious and not too sweet. The flavour was really unique, and I enjoyed the addition of pistachio and rose petals. The ice cream was a generous portion, and the cone was delicious. Friendly customer service, and it was really nice of them to add a mini scoop as a sample, so that you can try out another flavour. A pity this place is pretty far away from Vancouver. I will be sure to try their other unique and inventive flavours when I am in the area.
The best Ice cream I've had in Metro Van. Everything is made in house from scratch. The owner is super friendly and gives you generous portions to sample. Tons of unique flavours that you won't see at other ice cream spots. The saffron pistachio took me back to my childhood in Iran and I loved it.
I visited Vashti Rose for the second time today. Last time I had Saffron Pistachio Rose and it was okay. This time we got Rocky Road and Raspberry Cheesecake on one cone, Mango Lassi on another. We sampled Banana Fudge Walnut and Vegan Cookie & Cream as well. All the flavors were so delicious. Next time, I will definitely have a cone of Cookie & Cream and Banana Fudge.
The shop is small and kinda hidden - we almost missed it! The ice cream menu is different based on what availability. They have dairy based, vegan based, and sorbet. I ordered 3 scoops flight and each flavor was a huge scoop! The ice cream was dense but delicious! - Raspberry pistachio: has chunks of pistachio. The raspberry was sour enough and refreshing - Maple walnut: creamy and sweet from the maple. It has crunchy chopped walnut. - Lemon sorbet: super sour but so refreshing! My dad’s favorite.
The best ice cream I’ve ever had hands down! I’ve been telling everyone I know about this place because of how great it is. I’m lactose intolerant and it’s so hard to find places that have amazing vegan options. Vashti does not disappoint. I wish they would open a location closer to downtown Vancouver. I love their ice cream so much. Do yourself a favour and try it!
Amazing homemade ice cream! You won’t regret it! Menu changes daily so don’t complain or drop a star if you can’t find what you are looking for. This is a great business. Keep supporting everyone
Love this place. I eat dairy-free ice cream and this place had loads of vegan/DF options. Don’t worry though, they also have a great selection of regular ice-cream. Great service. My new favourite spot.
THE BEST VEGAN ICE CREAM I'VE EVER HAD!!!! GET IN YOUR CAR AND GO THERE RIGHT NOW. You will not regret it. Thank me later I had the strawberry marshmallow and passionfruit creamsicle. Wow wow wow. London fog with lavender was also amazing. Also the girl working tonight was so sweet and knowledgeable
The staff is very friendly! The ice cream is so delicious! There isn’t enough matcha flavour for one pin so I had the chance choose a little bit of tiramisu flavour to fill it. I feel lucky that I can try two flavours in one pin haha.
There is no skimping on flavour. This place is so good. I love their variety of flavours. Super friendly service. The ice cream is the most full flavour ice cream I've ever had. The unique flavours are accurate to their names. Their IG shows the flavours of the day. I like how there's a variety of dairy and vegan options. I also love their option of a free sample scoop ontop if you wanted to try one of the ice creams. Highly recommended!
