Bought a very expensive product. The product was defective. We returned the next day for a refund or exchange. No help at all, not even a minor openness to deal with the issue or even listen to the problem. Staff was very rude and dismissive. Needless to say we will not be returning and I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Guy at the counter makes you feel unwelcome, is usually  rude, antagonistic. Only reason I go here is it is nearby, and have relatively good prices.  Come here if you don't mind horrible service.

Great prices, very small selection but still has a variety of choices in terms of e-liquids ... However, that lad working there is really rude and doesn't let you want to come back again.

Horrible service. The clerk was in a rush to have us gtfo. And very rude. Not welcoming at all. Will find a better shop.

Very helpful clerk, spoke English and French. He was able to provide me with everything I needed and even make some suggestions. Affordable prices and informed staff.
