On est d’accord que ok 1 mais 3 tu pourrais certainement surtout lorsque l’on sais que ça s’en va dans tes pertes… alors pour couronner, nous partons et on dit que tant qu’à devoir racheter une boîte neuve sans échange ni remboursement, nous allons aller payer ailleurs donc qu’elle perds un client c’était pas ma première fois et qu’elle réponds nous avons beaucoup de clients j’en reviens pas d’un service comme ça, je connais le service à la clientèle et jamais je n’aurais traiter un de me client ayant raison de cette manière. Surtout quand c’est de ma faute de vendeur/vendeuse d’avoir vendu ce qui n’était pas les bons. Au moins échanger 3 ça l’aurais été très suffisant et raisonnable.
