Vanderhoof Inn

I unfortunately did not have a chance to stay here but I need to leave a review about their customer service. I had a reservation made but due to dangerous icy road conditions I had to stop before I could get there. The front desk staff was very understanding and so nice. He told me not to come, that the roads were bad and he'd rather see my family and me safe than wreak trying to get there. On top of that I was not charged a cancellation fee because of the roads. Very friendly, kind staff. If I ever travel through there again or know anyone who does I will definitely be recommending the Vanderhoof Inn.

We were traveling home when we ran into car trouble, this left us Stranded ! We were looking for a place to get a room but most were loaded with fire fighters, we were feeling defeated when we ran into Vanderhoof's Mayor who Recommended the "Vanderhoof Inn" which was our Great fortune. The manager and staff are Excellent. There were no rooms left But a private room was found for us. The staff were Very Gracious and So Helpful. They even offered to wash our clothing!. What a Blessing for us. Though the restaurant was closed when asked by the desk clerk/manager they gladely opened up to feed myself and husband. By the way it was the Best East Indian food I've have, the owners and staff made sure we were looked after as if we were family. Fountian Tire had our vehicle in tip top shape in no time at all. Vanderhoof has some of the nicest Angels on earth Buck & Jeanette Buchanan

Staff is great 😀...rooms are clean but place needs to be updated.

Very nice,small but clean rooms very accommodating staff great price. The reasteraunt down stairs has good food and is a good price for what you get.Very happy would stay here again.
