Ultimate in Customer service!!! Car would not start. Called Wim on Monday to get a timeline as to when the car could be worked on. He advised us to bring it in and he would look at it on Tuesday. We had the car towed on Monday morning and within a couple of hours, Wim got back to me with a diagnosis....starter was gone. He was meticulous in explaining what needed to be done and used terms and illustrations we could understand. By Tuesday afternoon the car was ready for pick up! He also fixed another item free of charge which I knew existed but hadn't even mentioned! What a nice surprise!!! I have referred my son and now he also doesn't go anywhere else for car repairs. Thanks Wim and your awesome team of mechanics.

Ultimate Customer Care and Integrity 2 Toyota Dealerships in the area were useless.and unhelpful. Vanderheyden's got my CAMRY back on the road in top shape. Thanks, Wim

The staff is very knowledgeable and did a great job on my brakes. They changed the pads and rotors on front wheels for 600 dollars. A bit expensive, but quality was great (see attached before and after pictures). I rather spend a little more money to get a quality job done. I highly recommend this garage. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because of the price. However, I will go back. They even gave me a loaner car for the day and gave me regular updates over phone.

I had a very good experience with this place. I got a flat tire right in front of the shop, and walked in at 11 30. I was told that they usually only work by appointment, by 12 30 I got a phone call with diagnosis and possible options. Wim got a brand new tire in and installed by 430 the same day. He was very knowledgable and reasonably priced. Would def go back.

I didn't think places like this existed anymore, the quality of work is outstanding, with remarkable attention to detail, and fair pricing. Even a simple thing like doing an alignment on my '97 impreza, they took the time to make sure it was perfect, and slotted me in next day! Super clean, friendly staff, can't ask for more!
