Very disappointed with the arrangement that was sent by Vanderburgh Flowers. It was not as ordered. They advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed. However, when we called them about it, we were treated rudely and with disrespect. Their customer service is terrible, and we would never use them again.

Ordered an arrangement a few days ago for a funeral service . It was not at all what was ordered . Was supposed to have cheerful , flowering spring bulbs , had no flowers except a couple of small African violets . Called shop the following day , explained the situation , she was apologetic and said they would send out a new arrangement the next day . NOT so . Received a call from owner or manager the next day , saying the arrangement was good and had some hyacinths in it that would be flowering in a few weeks . Kind of defeats the purpose , I would think . She finally said that if I would tell my brother ( father of the deceased ) to bring the arrangement back to the shop , she would , maybe fix it . Obviously , I was very upset , at this suggestion . She was very insensitive and could not have cared less about the situation . Insinuated that if we had spent more than the $100 , we would have got a beautiful arrangement . Then said , they had been in business for forty years , nothing I could do , and hung up on me . I have never been treated so poorly and with such lack of compassion for the situation

Beautiful flowers, very fresh, gorgeous arrangement, delivered on time- exceeded expectations.
