Phenomenal service from employees here. Very well organized, efficient drop off, each area is clearly defined with clear instructions. The employees are cheerful and very helpful. I had to drop off a large quantity of cardboard packaging materials, I was in and out within 15 minutes. Many thanks for offering this to Vancouverites.
Recently, I had to dispose of some damaged cookware, and after searching I found the Vancouver Zero Waste Centre. It’s an excellent place to recycle many types of goods such as metal, lamps, batteries, bicycles, propane tanks, and more. The depot is very clean, well-organized, and the staff are helpful and friendly.
We had to declutter my mother-in-law’s house, and I made several trips to this facility. It is incredibly well organized and the staff were phenomenal. They were very knowledgeable and super helpful. If they couldn’t take something, they provided very well informed alternative suggestions. They turned a chore into a pleasant, educational experience.
Very nice and organized collection centre, only took a few minutes to drop off some cloths and books ,they also take old electronics and appliances along with all other recyclable items.
This place provides excellent and reliable services. Their process is efficient, making it easy for customers to contribute to sustainability. The staff is professional, polite, and always willing to help. I appreciate their commitment.
