Nothing short of perfection from Pak as always. First used him about 5 years ago on my Subaru. My go to for dent removal, fast and efficient was able to squeeze me in before work and got it done super quick. Best in the biz!

I’m very fortunate to find Pak and Vancouver Dent Pro online as my Forester XT had a disagreement with the wood trim of the overhead garage door and suffice to say the rear passenger door buckled.  I’ve used paintless dent removal/repair services before and understood what is involved in this process and went back to talk to a PDR business in which I had dealt with in 2017.  As a result of the damage and having a visual assessment performed they were reluctant to work on it as they did not believe they would able to successfully perform the repair, as the rear of the door that aligns with the wheel arch was also affected.  I’ve consulted with a regular body shop and they indicated that they were going to pull the dent and repaint the door for over three times which I’ve paid and not comfortable with assessment performed by the estimator.  Undeterred, I’ve looked further for other PDR business that could possibly perform this repair and when I found Vancouver Dent Pro’s website and Pak.  What prompted me to look further is his engineering degree in metallurgy, where I myself have a civil engineering degree.  I booked a time to view the damage and discussed how he would approach the work and even talked about our own engineering background.  In my 15 minute conversation, I had confidence in Pak’s experience, knowledge and technical ability to perform the repair, where some others would decline, and immediately confirmed that I would book the repair work with Vancouver Dent Pro.  I was not disappointed with his work and if there was a flaw or physical limitation in the repair, it was imperceptible and I know he work hard to make it to near perfection 99.999%.  I would not hesitate to recommend Pak and Vancouver Dent Pro for these types of repair, as he’s skilled and has a “quiet” pride in his work, as you have pride in your own vehicle and want it done RIGHT!  Pak is your guy and honest pricing!  First 4 photos before and last 3 photos after repair.

Dent pro review - PDR, the miracle, the 8th wonder in the world  For us car guys, what is more irritating than not being able to wash/wax/polish your beloved ride and show how wonderful it is on a beautiful sunny day? I would say the constant reminder from an unexpected damage, and the inability to keep your car in that "perfect" state.  Fast forward to the discovery of an untimely fall of a motion sensor security light from the horizontal structural beam of my car port one morning, then wished I could've turn back time and not park there the night before.  Long story short, after contemplated on my best course of action, I decided to give PAK a call and see if it's something we could fix with the PDR Paintless Dent Removal. As soon as I got there, PAK jumped right in there and tried to evaluate the damage. I swear, if he could've repair it there, he would've done it within that 30 mins unscheduled meet. He's that awesome and efficient!  Unfortunately, damage is too acute and PAK explained he will need more time to remove trims and/or fabricating a new tool to help with the process.  I scheduled another day to have my car drop off so he will have a no rush full day to work on it.  The result was amazing, this particular dent is no longer a part of my car and my life. PAK made it possible.  I am no expert but if you have a dent, and like me, you would like to preserve the original as much and as long as possible. Call PAK up and see if he can PDR it for you! He will for sure knock it right out of the PAK :

Perfection. My aluminum body dent that was completely removed. The before picture does not capture depth of the dent- darn neighbour!  Same day repair, very friendly and accommodating service- went out of his way to wait for me later on a Friday. Pak even removed some paint damage - great guy. I took it to his shop, as I wanted him to have the right environment and tools to do it as best as possible. He restores faith in taking such pride in his work.  I am now taking my second car volvo to this place now, as previous owner was less careful in parking lots than me. My go to place for dent removal. I am particular and Pak went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

Pak did a fantastic job. Communications and the overall process was clear and transparent from sending a photo of the dent -&gt; getting an accurate quote and time needed -&gt; scheduling time.  End results you wouldn't be able to tell there was any previous damage and I'd highly recommend working with him!

If you are looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, qualified and experienced to deal with dents and dings on your vehicle, then I recommend Pak at Vancouver Dent Pro.  I have a Tesla that received a small door ding when parked in a lot. It was a small dent but I wanted it removed if possible. I did a search online to find a good shop. Van Dent Pro has really good Google reviews... 5 stars consistently. I then looked up his youtube channel and I was impressed. Needless to say, I dropped by his shop and he explained the process. He was also very honest about the challenges when pulling aluminum. I booked an appointment and he repaired the vehicle a few days later.  When I picked up the vehicle, the dent was completely removed and looked as good as it did from brand new. Pak told me he had found another dent in the same area but not as noticeable. He fixed the second dent but he was not going to charge me. Of course I insisted on paying him for both dents but he would only accept a discounted rate for the second dent.  This man is honest, qualified and professional. It is hard to find people like this nowadays. If your vehicle has some dents, dings or other damage that requires paintless repair, I recommend contacting Vancouver Dent Pro.

Pak is always professional and his work is amazing - No matter what he does the dent is gone and the area he worked on looks brand new. Call Pak for any Dent Repair service on anything !

Vancouver Dent Pro is amazing! Pak is an extremely pleasant and likeable person, and his repairs to our Tesla 2 door dents and a pole scrape were so perfect we can't remember where the dents were.
