From the start, Jason and his team were professional, communicative, and thorough. It was very easy to get an appointment with Jason to come to my house the very next day to provide me with a quote. He emailed me a quote within a day or so. His team showed up to my house every morning and completed the project in a few days. They did a wonderful job and made sure to clean after themselves. They even cleaned the windows, which I really appreciate. If we had any questions, Jason would promptly respond via text or email. After researching numerous painting companies, we decided to hire Vancouver Painting. Jason was responsive and as others have mentioned, very detailed about the work the crew would do. Power washing, sanding, scraping, primer and paint were as described. I want to also mention that the taping, plastic sheeting and protective paper were especially important to a job well done. Neighbors were asking who was doing the work because of the care and manner in which the work was performed. The crew showed up timely each morning, cleaned up at the end of each day and communication occurred when needed. Jason and his crew painted the exterior of my house, which hadn't been done in almost 25 years. It required a lot of scraping, sanding, repairing, etc. They did a wonderful job with all of it. The house is beautiful now!! Jason was very responsive to questions or concerns I had, although they were very few. The crew were really hard working, respectful, reliable and amazingly skilled.
