Kam is amazing! Her experience and knowledge with lasers really shows in her work. Beyond that, she went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Even with a smaller budget, she managed to get me the results I wanted and was determined to make sure I was satisfied with results and service. It shows she does her job out of passion and not just to squeeze every dollar out of clients. Will definitely be going back to see her, even though it's a long drive to get there for me, it's well worth it! You won't find her level of expertise anywhere else!
Excellent consultation. Kam is a blessed soul with knowledge and a genuine concern to help and find what is best for you. I haven’t met anyone like her before so this experience is eye opening and intriguing. Would love to come back and get more services from this place. This was my first time visiting the clinic and Kam made me feel so comfortable and informed! You can tell how much she cares about educating her clients and giving them the best treatment possible. Also loved the focus on treating the skin from the inside out. I can't wait to come back!
Due to emergency reasons Kam had to cancel my appointment twice and she offered me a free treatment due to this. I am so glad that I gave to her a second chance. I haven’t met anyone like her before. She is knowledgeable, kind, super honest and so humble. I love the fact that she focuses on holistic skincare approach and wants the best for her clients. I had a laser skin tightening on my face and I am Incredibly pleased with my results! plus she made me feel so comfortable and informed! I will defenitely come back and get more services from her. Kam is amazing! I had two sessions of skin rejuvenation for pigment and sun spots, my downtime was minimal and my skin is incredibly clear now. It’s my new go-to! The consultation was extremely informative. Kam explained to me in detail all the FOTONA treatments. She was sincere in explaining that I would need to wait to do it as I currently have too many fillers. I am looking forward to doing the treatment in 2 or 3 months! :
****Updated Review**** So, after our first unsuccessful attempt Kam reached out to me and we decided to give it one more try. I must say I wasn’t expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised to have decided to give it a second chance. Kam was very nice and patient, she explained that she wasn’t able to attend our appointment due to an emergency and deeply apologized for any inconvenience. She thoroughly described the process of the treatment I was interested in and it shows that she has many years of experience and is very knowledgeable in her area. I have booked a second appointment to get my treatment done and I’m looking forward to the experience. Kam seemed to really care about her patients and her business so I’m very thankful for the extra effort she went through to make things right. I had booked a virtual appointment for Wednesday at 10:15. I got a lot of reminders but no emails with the link for our Zoom appointment. I kept calm and expected to get the link some time near the time for us to meet but when the time of the appointment came there were no emails, no phone calls, no messages, no contact at all. I called the Business and no one answered, I replied once more to the text and let them know I never received any info for our appointment but no answer, I emailed and finally I got a response. The person that I was supposed to meet Kam had to leave the clinic and I was told that they would contact me later. I completely understand there might be emergencies but I was never approached again. No messages, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. I was really looking forward to get my treatments done here but after seeing how unprofessional they are towards their clients and appointments I’m sure now I will take my business somewhere else.
Phoned in regarding a treatment I saw advertised on instagram and I've had questions about it. I was susprised as Kim, the technician answered and not a receptionist. She was thorough and acknowledgable with my concerns and answered some of the questions I was asking, however, I did feel like she was talking over me and would not let me finish. I've been doing treatments at another clinic and wanted to explore different options for my freckles. She kept pushing on the fact that I had melasma and I've let her know that it is simply just freckles as indicated from my previous clinic and I do not have melasma or sun spots? She told me to go an ask the technician that I trust at my old clinic. Maybe it's just an off day? The tone was so condescending I felt very unwelcomed in calling in with questions.
I visited for multiple laser treatments and I was very pleased- Kam is an expert at what she does and my results were better than they have been with alternative treatments at other places. I highly recommend Medi Spa for skin treatments and I will certainly be back!
