It is never a good day when you are scrapping your relationship rings but the people at the Vancouver location were empathetic and very fair. The metal and stones were basically worthless to me and I walked out with a cheque a half hour later. You make more selling them privately whole but this was quick and cathartic.
I got a 1/10 gold maple leaf for my dad as a gift and I was surprised by how low the price was it was easily less then everyone else would go again for all my gold needs
I received amazing service the first time I went to Canada Gold with a beautiful two carat diamond. Karla was knowledgable and patient, as I needed time to think about my decision. I later returned to the store with other jewellery/silver. Staff was kind and nonjudgemental, treating me the same with my mix bag of junk. I feel this is the only place to sell your silver/gold with fair price, knowledgeable staff and friendly environment. Thank you to all staff at Canada Gold!

The thought of selling a few pieces of gold jewellery that I’d long ago inherited made me a little nervous. When I was greeted at the door of the Vancouver location for Canada Gold, I was immediately put at ease by a friendly face. Then I was seated at a table with Catlin Aho , the location manager, and was even more pleased with having chosen Canada Gold. She is very knowledgeable! And she’s very efficient at providing fast, friendly and helpful service. Really, one can’t do better than this. I’m so glad I went in there today! Phew!

Arrived at Vancouver Gold today with some coins I received as gifts many years ago. Shannon, the customer service person was extremely kind and explained to me the details of my pieces as well as explained the trade. I was very pleased with my experience and the store itself was clean and professional.
Kourosh was extremely helpful and helped us price out 8 different gold bars and coins. Much appreciated! We will be back to sell them. Edit: We came back and Shannon helped us sell the bars. She was super helpful too. Great time they have here! If you guys need help improving your Google Ads.. I can suggest a bunch of optimizations probono in appreciation. Consider using remarketing ads so people who visit your website are reminded you exist. Cheers
