I had done my cleaning and had a great experience. The student did a very good job. Totally satisfied with her work. Everything was very thorough and very professional. Taught me how to take dental care. Really appreciate her work.
This was my first visit to Vancouver College Dental Hygiene and this was my first time having a student clean my teeth. Most of the instructors were very efficient and pleasant, of course it's understandable that 1 instructor is looking after 6 students and sometimes it takes time to get to you as each student is on a different step. The student took her time to clean my teeth, do her assessments and she ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. She will be a great hygienist in the future.
Due to a very bad accident I had years ago which included the loss of some teeth, I have had a very hard time feeling comfortable going back to the dentist. However, when Vanessa asked me to be one of her patients for her final semester - without hesitation I was excited, because if I'm about to trust anyone with my teeth it is Vanessa. I'm so happy to say she exceeded my high expectations and was extremely knowledgeable and comforting throughout the process. The teachers were also great!
The dental students are amazing but I feel that the paper work can be done over the phone instead of asking us patients with children to sit there for three hours. It’s just too much to ask for little kids then have to come back and the second appt be the same thing. Today I came in for the final clean teething cleaning for my daughter and pulled up to there parking lot which was closed due to the parking lot being full of snow. I ask why was it not plowed for the amount of money this school makes from patients and students you can afford to clean your parking lot for us to park instead of spending extra time to find parking. Very disappointed with the management and owner of this Vancouver dental school
