Clean healthy environment, the host staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food and beverages were fresh and tasty. The fans are full of energy, respectful and friendly.
I’ve been a season ticket holder for about 8 or 9 years now and a lifetime Canuck fan. The customer service I’ve received from the Accounts Department was always pretty good but several years ago our account was assigned to Justin Samra. I want to commend the Canucks for being able to obtain the services of such an outstanding Account Executive and thank them for assigning our account to him. On multiple occasions I’ve had to contact Justin for assistance in transferring tickets or purchasing extra tickets and it never ceases to amaze me his level of professionalism and genuine commitment to my satisfaction. He’s prompt, thorough and always a pleasure to deal with. As a typical Canucks fan I’ve not always been pleased with some of their decisions but hiring Justin was definitely one beyond reproach. Thank you Justin for all your help.
Atmosphere can be very lively and fans will chant relentlessly for the team. But a goal or two from the opposition team will silence the crowd rather quick. The team store has almost any canuck item you can ask for and the food selection from the food vendors are very overpriced. Pizza hut now charges $7 for 1 slice....I repeat...$7 for 1 sliced of pizza. Not a personal pan pizza...1 slice of pizza! If you don't mind splurging on the food here.....then it's all good and dandy. If you rather save then I suggest eating at the Costco across the street before you come.
Canucks home opener: Although I'm not 25 anymore, I can't believe how loud the DJ music is. Almost impossible to chat. Terrible acoustics makes it even worse. I know there's a need to "pump it up" and get the crowd going, but bad sound, played too loud, doesn't help. That, combined with unbelievably high prices for beverages, makes me wonder how things will go if the beloved Canucks can't offer good entertainment. Overall, a sad night.
I am currently a half season ticket holder...and it will be the last year I do that. If you're a Canucks fan, go once per year. Tickets are cheaper online just before the game this year it seems
Always a good time when they win. Though if we want Beddard we should be losing.
Sooo done with this mismanagement. GMJB should have been gone years ago, and has blown the opportunity afforded by high draft picks due to perennial sucking. Team is still terrible. And at the cap? How, you might ask? Poor contracts, poor asset management. Whoever takes over and I pray it's soon will have an entire remake of the team and will be handicapped for years by the current regime. Please I beg of you FA, don't let this man bungle my beloved Canucks any more!!!!!!
First Hockey Game my favorite team. Love it.
The Canucks are currently a team on the way up, yes, I believe they will be contender for Lord Stanley’s Mug in the next three years. Support this team and allow them to believe, it will happen!
So much fun going to a game. A dream come true...
