I had a problem with my Visa account, and spoke to Danilo, one of your Visa associates. His courtesy and professionalism was AAA and the issue was resolved. He is a real asset to Vancity. He needs to be commended for his attitude and dedication for servicing Vancity Visa customers.

Today I checked your website shows you are open so I trusted and went  there but was closed !!!

Vancity Visa telephone customer service needs attention!!!  I've been on hold multiple time for 20+ minutes without anyone ever answering.
