We needed to have a new water line run to our refrigerator. The staff at the location were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were able to schedule the service in a reasonable amount of time. On the day of service, the plumber arrived early and was Extremely Pleasant. He listened to our needs and did some investigating before beginning the work. He was able to complete the work in less than an hour. The costs associated were very reasonable. A few weeks later we called to have our garbage disposal installed. We experienced the same customer service as the first time and were happy to have the same plumber once again. I had several plumbing issues in my old home. I called multiple plumbers who did not respond or show up. Van Natta's worked me into their extremely busy schedule. Dan Schwanz did an awesome job on everything! I am extremely happy with the work and he cleaned up the area so well I could hardly tell he had been there.
