Van Houtte Montreal-Trudeau

Travelled in Covid time, was well organized and maintained. It Was my first domestic flight everything went super smooth. Not too busy at that time. Have good experience.

We do our best to take care of all clients. Some will be happy others will not be so impress but such is life. I like how everyone tries to do their best torwards their duties

Very clean and big with free wifi and lots of comfortable seating. There are numerous kiosks that serve food and beverages as well as souvenirs shops. Almost every staff at the Toronto Pearson Airport that I have encountered was very nice and friendly and always willing to help.

The new updates to airport in the last year's have made it so much better.

Wish all the restaurants were not closed, there are a few open but not that many. Hopefully we find a cure to this pandemic and things can somewhat go back to normal! But hey, to everyone working at the airports, you are definitely doing a great job! Things are clean and security is tight!
