These guys are the best, period. I was looking for a Cherokee Plus. The one that I was looking at was sold. They asked me what color I liked and they would try and find one for me. They came through not only the color but the same packages I was looking for and..... at a better price than the other dealers were offering! After the sale they went through the vehicle and showed me all the options and how they worked. Great, Great Experience. If your looking for a vehicle check this store out, you won't be disappointed!

Everyone was really friendly and the process was relatively efficient. We took our test ride on a beautiful route through the countryside and purchased our Jeep the moment we got back. You can tell Van Horn is an employee owned establishment, you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. We worked with Wade and he was personable and kept things light while being able to thoroughly answer every question we had. Their finance team was fantastic to work with too. This dealership will go above and beyond for you, and plus, you can't beat the lifetime of free oil changes!

Sam Klein was the salesman that I had the pleasure to work with. It was by far the best experience I’ve had yet in purchasing a vehicle. Sam was knowledgeable, eager to assist and willing to go that extra mile, yet never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. I truly felt that at the end of the day he was more concerned about providing exceptional customer service and making sure that left feeling confident with my decision rather than just pushing me to purchase with just his best interests in mind. Very pleased with my experience as a whole. I will continue to recommend and refer Sam Klein as a salesman as well as Van Horn as a dealership and plan to continue as a long time costumer! We did not end up purchasing, however I'd like to take the time to review because the staff was very nice, accommodating (as we had two active kids with us), and professional, even when we couldn't come to an agreement. They did try to work with us on price and we're competitive with the market. The only reason they are losing a star is due to the fact that the online price, the price I confirmed before driving a little over an hour to get there, was not the price I would be able to get. As an IL resident I was unable to get the additional discounts and I wish when this was discussed via phone they would have mentioned it since it made a pretty decent difference in price and we probably would not have travelled there. If you are a resident, or are able to handle the price difference without the discount(s), this is a very good car dealership to go to. Best people I have worked with so far in my car buying experiences.

Just purchased my new Jeep from Van Horn! The entire experience was wonderful. Katelyn went above and beyond researching to find the perfect car for me. Katelyn and Shayne were there every step of the way helping with budgeting and financing to make me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. Spencer made all of the paperwork quick and easy so I could get out and drive my new car! I went to several dealerships prior and did not come close to the wonderful experience I had at Van Horn. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle.
