My experience with VanDeWater and VanDewater, LLP was a very positive one. I was referred by my real estate agent and from the very start they were very helpful and informative. I am a first time homebuyer who knew nothing about purchasing a home and Martin Vanderau walked me through the entire process from my first phone call to closing. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. On closing day Danielle Strauch represented me on behalf of the firm and she was amazing. She explained each and every document to me before I signed it. I was not rushed and she asked me if I had any questions after reviewing each document. I would definitely recommend VanDeWater & VanDeWater to anyone who is in the market for a real estate attorney.
I worked with Martin Vonderau on a real estate transaction. He kept in good contact with me, easing the process as I had already relocated several months before the closing. The firm was recommended by my real estate agent and I would recommend them to others.
I've had the opportunity to work with many attorneys based on my business type. Dan Thomas is hands down, the most efficient responsive professional brilliant mind that makes my work day easier. I will and have referred clients to Dan multiple times. The best word I have to describe Daniel Thomas- INTEGRITY!
I could list all the reasons not to use this law firm but just take my word for it. They are horrible. Once they have your retainer you work for them. If you email and ask 3 questions they’ll answer 1 so you have to email again and they can charge you more. The partners are on the board of the Dutchess Bar Assoc so a complaint will go no where. Trust me, use anybody else
Top Notch Law Firm. I highly recommend it. Helped me out big time, you will not find a better, more caring, knowledgable attorney who will fight for you. Helped my business with a major labor issue.
I highly recommend working with them.
I can't believe this is an actual law firm. I was unlucky enough to go here and experience first hand, how slow and apathetic they are toward their clients. This place deserves zero stars.
