Store is spotless. Staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly. Overall quality is good, prices are 25% higher than other value village stores and thrift shops in the area. Since goods are donated, prices should reflect this.

The fitting room lady kept loudly complaining how she picks up after people all day and it doesnt stop for her when she gets home. She was so grumpy about it that i avoided trying anything on.

A lot of over priced Items but some good. Supervisor I dealt with kept me waiting, put me aside to help a staff member off duty and was not nice to me at all. All other Staff is great. Kids cloths there is always a good find.

I love thrift shopping and don't mind the faint smell of urine that permeates the building but I feel like value village prices are becoming too high.
