Value Village Aurora is one of those places where you can always discover something special. The store is clean, well-organized, and full of hidden treasures — from clothes and home décor to books and unique vintage pieces.nnThe staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Prices are fair, and it feels good to know that shopping here also supports reuse and sustainability.nnA perfect spot for anyone who loves thrifting and giving items a second life.
I saw a bedbug here and I am aware this is a thrift store. However, there should be a better process to vet the items better. They are constantly putting new things out. Its no wonder there's a bed bug. I wonder where the rest of them are hiding. Probably with the poor employees who have to deal with the contaminated items now.
It’s massive and feels almost like a Winners… then you look at the price of a wooden spoon that looks like someone gnawed on it for an hour, and you wonder if Winners would be cheaper for something brand new. It feels very corporate because it’s a for-profit business.. for how much they’re charging, I would at least expect clothes to at least mostly be organized by size, and to have helpful and accurate signage.nTake your money to somewhere else that charges fair prices and gives back to the community.
Needed a frame and a couple sweaters! Found it all here The 1 stop drop and shop at unbeatable deals. Sign up for free the super savers club to get exclusive QR codes to get your stuff and an even more lower price
Title: Where Grandma's Porcelain Cat Meets Construction LumbernnI came in looking for a quirky mug and maybe a VHS copy of Twister, but I left deeply confused... and slightly impressed. Among the usual racks of 90s fashion comebacks and orphaned fondue sets, I found actual 2x4 lumber off-cuts for sale. For $3 to $4 each. Yes, at Value Village.nnDid a contractor lose a bet? Is someone’s DIY project secretly being crowdsourced through thrift store shoppers? I have questions, but no answers.nnOn the plus side, if you ever want to build a birdhouse and get a retro windbreaker in the same trip—this is your spot.nnWould’ve given 5 stars if the wood came with a free hammer or at least a motivational quote from Bob the Builder.
