This location is priced ridiculously high! They’re asking more for items than they retail new in other stores. See tote for example- same thing costs $10 at Walmart brand new and this one is $16 and kinda nasty. I think they need to reevaluate who does their pricing and how I’d steer clear and go to other, far more reasonable, thrift stores in the area.
Use to be the bees knees when you went there. Wonderful service, smile on their face, and an ok price. But its now the opposite, as it seems everyone is miserable and prices are out the window. I do still enjoy a good thrift and the items you'll find here are cool, and sometimes a solid score.
A great selection of dishes, CDs and DVDS, and clothes! If you’re looking for big furniture items, be sure to check back weekly, since the selection while I visited was selective. The employees are amazing, and while checking out, one assisted customers having troubles with the self checkouts. Will be back to see what else they have in the future!
Value village has merit, but I find in general the prices are quite high and tax is applied. At Goodwill, the prices are often less and there is no tax as well as special saving days.
I bought an overpriced cassette tape player this evening. Brought it home and it didn’t work. Called the store to see if I could get a refund since it was broken and was told no. I asked if they test anything before putting it on the shelves and they said they just make sure it turns on. Unfortunate. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
