This is value village in Prince George BC. These 2 security guards work for blackbird security out of Vancouver. They seem to think that they have the authority to ban people who they believe are lower than themselves. Last time I was in the store trying to purchase items they kept unplugging self checkout machines.nThey 2 need to go!!!
Sometimes I do not understand when the companies such as this make decisions to make the public use self checkout kiosks. It is nice to converse with people when I make a purchase. The people are quite friendly and happy to assist. Thank you.
This store has wonderful staff, value Village as a business could use some reality checks on price. I've been a permanent fixture at this store for years now. It's nice to get smiles and waves from the staff that know me : . The prices nationally have sky rocketed, but the trained eye can still find lots of great stuff. Unfortunately their new system sucks, so I highly recommend you save your point dollars for a single item purchase for ease of exchange as the discount applies pennies to each item making them difficult to process.
Terrible customer service. Wait no customer service self check out is a joke. I didnt appreciate being followed through the store by security the whole time and then have to do their job. With the prices they charge they can afford cashiers. Oh and anybody shopping there do NOT buy that glass Marvel cup. That cup was literally .64 after Christmas in slave lake and they want 9.99. We spent 145 in there and will not be back.
Well there was lost of nice things and cool pants and shirts that we were planning on buying and wearing them all the time they would have made lots of money and made me and my 2 friends very happy but then 2 security guards came up to us and told us we had to leave for no reason we asked them why and they could not come up with a good reason at all so we left and as soon as we got home I called them and asked why did those 2 rude men come up and do this to us and the lady on the phone had no good reason either she just said there was problems but couldn’t name a single one so i would definitely not go shop at this shop if I were you I would very poorly rate it so just stay away
