This spot is definitely convenient and in a great location—perfect for a quick walk-by visit or casual weekend stop. The setup is nice, and it has a welcoming vibe that makes it easy to enjoy. That said, the prices are noticeably inflated for what’s offered. While it’s understandable that local spots have to keep up with costs, the pricing could be more realistic to match the casual, family-friendly atmosphere. A few small adjustments could make it a go-to place not just for one-time visits but for regulars too.
I love this location. It's not conveniently located for me, but it's worth the transit ride and walk over the bridge to get there. It's a big location with a lot of space to explore. They have great selection items, including glassware and craft supplies. Of course, endless clothes to dig through looking for treasures. I rarely leave without a new outfit or treasure. It's always surprisingly tidy considering the volume of shoppers they have. I have, on occasion, found broken half empty hand soaps for sale for over $3 dollars which is terrible. So the standards can be a bit low. The prices are a but high for second-hand donations. Overall, though, I like this location a lot.
This location went downhill. Prices strange. Barely a selection of books, clothes look run down. It just looks like it’s about to close in a few years. Management seems off too.nnInfact I picked up 5 books. And at the checkout the little old woman went to check my receipt as if I was stealing.nnBeen thrifting and adventuring values all over bc. Can honestly say it’s better if you don’t waste your time at this location.
As I walked in, bunch of flies greeted me. Flies everywhere. The store smelt unpleasant. Prices are ridiculously high. I looked at the men’s jeans priced for around $20+. I was just at the CK outlet nearby and got a brand-new pair of CK jeans for $8.99. The reason I came here is to find ballerina shoes for my daughter for her ballet class. But I ran out swiftly because of both the high prices and the huge flies
I don’t know who the managers are at this location but everything is SO overpriced. Little trinkets for $15 and 2 plates for $24??? This is supposed to be a thrift store. I might as well go to WalMart and buy new plates for essentially the same price.
