It’s nice and big and they also have self checkout options which is great! The employees are very helpful and friendly. They have a really good games section with lots of board games, card games, quiz games and handheld games. They also have a very large book section with a lot of variety.
Great selection but some of the prices still need to come down for a second hand clothing as with all Value Village and the fact that they now hangover your shoulders and scrutinize you as you go through cash is getting very irritating considering the get merchandise to sell for free. yes I know to give a tiny little bit to charity but it's not like the other thrift shops who give a great amount. head office needs to make some adjustments if I am to continue shopping there and I am a big donator and shopper
I wanted to buy some broken gold price for 133.99 dollars then she wanted to charge me 233.99 and I told her about the manager and then she said I'm not gonna call the manager I'm not gonna call anyone here also I'm gonna send a picture
My 5* rating is for the employees at this store. One of the managers, Denise is a delight to deal with, reasonable, thoughtful and definitely customer service oriented. Simone, a cashier, has to be the most upbeat, friendly and patient employee I’ve encountered anywhere recently. I don’t know how she maintains her positive attitude in light of the way many customers treat people who work in retail. Other employees there are great too. They all help to create and maintain a positive pleasant shopping experience. Thanks!
It use to be great shopping in this location…. but now they don’t have a selection, prices are outrageous, no merchandise like before….what they are going with the donations???? Will keep an eye. Very disappointed. Love to shop in here, but can someone get in charge and take s look at it. Thanks
