The store is clean and the items are well arranged a labeled. The cloths are quality ones. I don't get second-hand jewelry, but the ones I found in the store were beautiful. They definitely made me think twice.
For the most part, Value Village is a good visit. I wish we could try clothes on before we buy. It could save me a trip or 2. The prices are too high, but they are everywhere. The staff work hard to keep the store tidy and uncluttered, and there is a good turnaround for different items to choose from. I have been shopping at VV since I was a kid and plan to continue.
Simply the best Staff.... This day was BRENDAN, likeable and personable !! ... Nothing too much trouble for him....Store cleanliness and easy to find items..All employees must be hand picked as ALL are ''''TOPS in communicating''''' ..... A real treat to shop...
To be honest, the primary reason I ever go here is because it's the only secondhand store that's open when I get off work.nnThis place has very few of the qualities that I appreciate most about thrifting. I enjoy thrifting primarily for the cheap, treasure hunting aspect that it used to bring and still does in certain places. It's always exciting to sift through old clothing in search of a hidden gem! Unfortunately, this isn't really the place for that. Financially speaking, you might as well just go to a new clothing store, and while the variety here is really good, It's just so expensive that it takes a lot of the joy out of the experience, because the whole time I'm there, I am thinking I might as well just be shopping at Gap!nnI don't want to understate the wide variety though. You can find everything there, from clothing to kitchenware to books, and lots of other things.
I am giving the store 5 stars for the staff not for the inventory.nLiterally the most nice staff I have dealt with in all value village stores!nI shop for a non profit organization helping struggling families. And I do exchanges ALL the time for all of my family. And the staff is always so patient with me!nThank you guys
