It's almost been a year since our purchase of a home using a rep from Coldwell Banker Purchased Aug. 31.2018. To this day we have NEVER heard from the rep. Not a follow up. Not a visit. Not a call. And not even a thank you for purchasing through them. I, to this day still get a Christmas card from an agent I used in 2004. We treated this agent with the utmost of respect although he barely knew anything about where or what we were purchasing and at times made snide comments such as "I don't have a crystal ball" . There were many such utterances and the information we gleaned came from our own research. Maybe it was because we were from the Toronto area maybe not. But we do know this! Our house will be going on the market in a couple of years and we would never ever remotely consider using Coldwell Banker! To think we actually took this man out for lunch!
