I have never experienced a more unprofessional Doctor. John frequently provided inconsistent information and was entirely unapologetic about the pain I experienced as a result of his technique. I was without tooth pain before my first visit. After honoring his advice, I left the office with shooting pain in my tooth after a simple filling. John at first said "it's not possible" and accused me of lying about my pain. When I challenged his answer with information from another Dentist, he changed his story and claimed it's normal to feel such pain. He then stated there's nothing he can do about it, my nerves were to blame. He supported his newly altered claim by bragging about his years of experience. 3 months later, the pain persisted. When I went back to the office to let him know about the issue, he begrudgingly re-attempted my filling. While completing this task he fought back and forth with his assistant, threw his instruments around in frustration, and laughed in disbelief at my pain as if I'm a complaining child. My pain remained and when I returned for a cleaning, he offered unnecessary services and assured me that my insurance would cover all costs. I got a bill 2 months later. When I called the number on the bill, John answered and responded rudely. He said to call the next day, because apparently my concern was not worth his attention. I would never advise a visit with this "Doctor!"
