Truck was still dirty after platinum wash, truck was not that dirty to begin with. Also the exit garage door got stuck for me and the person in front of me, so they had to reverse and use my undercarriage wash. Door got stuck for me as well, I had to get out and use manual controls up and down up and down before I got out. Called company, they were not very professional. I do not recommend.

The Valley Auto Spa is a rip off. There was nobody in the car wash so we decided to do some quick rag washing on the harder to clean parts of the car. The manager comes bursting out of the office and tells us that he never wants to see us again in his car wash. He made us leave with suds on our car. We've never been back and we encourage you to go to the other car wash near the mall just to teach this guy a lesson. Also, the change machines and vending machines never work! Don't bother with this place.
