We went there on a cold winter night and it was warm and cozy inside. The food was really tasty, good portion and fair price. I had vegetarian enchiladas with mole sauce, and I would definitely order it again.Food: 5/5
Super fast service. Food is fresh. Prices are good. I had the chicken chimichanga and hubby had the combo with a chicken enchilada and chile relleno. Oh and can't forget the bucket of beer!
So so so yummy!! Love going here when I’m in town. The servers are always friendly and we get seated right away. The service throughout the visit is prompt and our server was very nice and funny. The food and drinks are very good. One of our favourite places to eat in Penticton
The food was quite good, but the service was very slow. Servers seemed confused and overwhelmed, and our waitress was incredibly rude. Rolled her eyes, sighed loudly, often took off her mask. They do not provide water, you need to buy bottled water as though we were in Europe! My biggest problem was my 2 nieces were going to share a cheese quesadilla, they're kids and small eaters. The server never told us this was an issue until she showed up with 2 full quesadilla orders. When I said the kids were sharing, she replied "not allowed due to Covid". We are ONE family, plus all tables were getting appies and sharing! Shameless money grab by this place to eak out an extra $14. We should have been told this when ordering, don't just show up with two full orders. They even charged us for drinks we did not order, but we had been waiting so long for the bill we just wanted out. As I said food was good, but the poor service and misleading business practices do not make a return visit worth it. Love supporting small businesses, but will not be back and I definitely do not recommend.
This little cafe moved from Shoreline. It's authentic Mex and fair pricing. The food is delicious and service with a smile.Food: 5/5
Misleading the business is now an un licensed beach front outdoor eating area. Food could be great ,but an accurate portrail of your business should be made. Disappointed to make a 20 minutes drive to find out it wasn't a full restaurant.
No chorizo in chorizo quesadilla! Cheap beans, out of a can. Rice ho-hum. No offer of salsa at pick up. Raw white flour wrap, hard to find any filling, so little there. NEVER RETURN! This for the Skaha Lake one.
First time here, it was great I had the Chili Rellano it was really good!! I'll definitely be returning
Greeted very nicely by the owner. The place is not very clean. We almost left. Service was sub-par. No tacos, which is bizarre for a Mexican restaurant. Drinks were just ok. I had a bulldog. I have had much better before. Pico de Gallo and guacamole were very yummy. We didn’t have mains, as we were just not happy with the lack of cleanliness or service, so left to eat elsewhere.
Excellent service, beautiful views from the patio. Busy place, still had prompt service. Awesome chimichangas.
