I came to this place, even after I heard not so good things about it. I gave it the benefit of doubt, knowing it wasn't going to be perfect. The entire back hatch is filthy. The glass on the hatch looks like a mess, my wheels are nowhere near clean, and the tire shine looks like it's only on a 1/4 of each tire. I asked for their best outside wash, the road paint or whatever it is near my wheels I understand not coming off, because it only comes off by me scratching with my finger nail. Aside from that, there's no reason why my wheels and tires look horrible, and there's still dirt all over the car. Not impressed, not even a little. I should have just bought what I needed to do it myself. I told whoever was working the desk, and they said no car wash will ever completely clean a car. Not true, sure there may be little spots missed here and there, but my vehicle looks really bad still. I will never go here again.
Open 24/7. Great carwash. All services are fairly fast and effective. You can buy more cleaning stuff inside when the store front is open. Vacuum is always free. Some do not have the best suction. Clean areas and garages are mostly emptied. Some parking along the side of the building for those who need to just stop and rest. Can be fairly busy.
For $200 and four hours of my day, I could have cleaned the truck better in my driveway. Total waste of time, never going back.nnWould love to mention that for $200 my tires didn’t even get touched, my rubber car mats were not clean… and there was dust everywhere. Worst off I purchased two 2-3 hr details for each of our vehicles and they both sucked.
Purchased the basic interior. I wasn’t expecting the best cleaning when I purchased the basic package but the effort is almost comical. 4 cleaners for about 2 min. Seems like they did an ok job vacuuming but if you look at the picture you can see they pretty much entirely missed any cleaning of the dash. Had to go over it myself when I got home. Not the end of the world but a little annoying.
The tire shine needs updating or cleaning because after the car wash there is still blackish dirt streaks on my tire, I appreciate the attempt to clean my tires tho nI love the free vacuum Service
