We ordered simple arrangement of white gladiolus for our Grandmother's funeral. This florist was an affiliate link directly from the funeral parlour's website. What should have been a very simple order and delivery to the service turned into a nightmare. We received a call the afternoon after the service from the florist asking if they could substitute the arrangement as they didn't have those Flowers in stock. This florist missed the funeral entirely!!!! We had to scramble to have a substitute arrangement sent to a private home instead. Unacceptable. I would not recommend this florist.
